From the moment I scheduled my inspection online, the experience was seamless. My appointment was confirmed almost immediately, which made the process incredibly easy. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and was checked in right away. Tony was genuinely kind, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued customer. His son was also very sweet and helpful, which really added to the positive experience. Since my car is fairly new, I expected the inspection to be quick, and they had me in and out in just 10-15 minutes. They respected my time while still providing excellent service. I chose Snappee Auto Care because of all the great reviews, and I can honestly say they live up to every one of them. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly delivers on outstanding customer service, professionalism, and efficiency. Tony saved me thousands. BMW quoted me around $9,000 for the repairs, and Tony got everything fixed plus took care of a few additional issues for about $6,000. The car runs great now and the whole process was way smoother than dealing with the dealership. Honest pricing, quality work, and great communication the entire time. Friendly staff and excellent service. The mechanic I worked with was very helpful in explaining the part I needed in order to pass inspection. He directed me to the correct location to purchase the item, which made the process much easier. Once I returned, the installation was completed quickly, and I was in and out within 25 minutes. Very professional experience overall.
